Zutaten
- 1 tl Currypulver
- 2 stk Ei
- 0.5 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln
- 1 stk Karotten
- 200 g Kohl
- 2 el Öl
- 200 g Ramennudeln
- 0.25 tl Salz
- 2 el Sojasoße
- 200 g Tempeh
- 0.5 stk Zwiebel
Zubereitung

Step 1
Heat a wok or large skillet and coat with oil. Add egg and scramble for 30 seconds.

Add onion and carrots, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add cabbage and green onion, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add noodles, curry powder, shoyu, and salt. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Mix in crisp tempeh and remove from heat.
