Chickpea Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 dose Can of chickpeas
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 el Curry paste, green
  • 0.5 Lime(s)
  • 2 el oil
  • 3 stk red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 bunch spring onion(s)
  • 200 ml vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Chop bell peppers and spring onions and sauté with chickpeas

  2. Step 2

    Stir in the curry paste and deglaze with coconut milk and vegetable broth

  3. Step 3

    Let simmer and season with lime juice and salt
