Ingredients
- 1 dose Can of chickpeas
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 el Curry paste, green
- 0.5 Lime(s)
- 2 el oil
- 3 stk red bell pepper(s)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 0.5 bunch spring onion(s)
- 200 ml vegetable broth

Step 1
Chop bell peppers and spring onions and sauté with chickpeas

Stir in the curry paste and deglaze with coconut milk and vegetable broth

Let simmer and season with lime juice and salt
