Indian Bean Curry

A delicious curry with white beans in a spicy tomato cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 tl Bell pepper
  • 1 tl cumin
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tl ground coriander
  • 150 ml Light cream
  • 2 el oil
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 ml puréed tomatoes
  • 0.5 tl Salt
  • 1 el Sriracha
  • 1 tl Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tl Turmeric
  • 600 g white beans

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Chop the onion and garlic finely

  2. Step 2

    Sauté onions and garlic briefly

  3. Step 3

    Adding and toasting the spices

  4. Step 4

    Stirring in the liquid ingredients

  5. Step 5

    Adding cream and 2 cans of white beans

  6. Cut the paneer into pieces and add it, then let it simmer

  7. Step 6

    Season to taste and let simmer
