Indian Bean Curry
A delicious curry with white beans in a spicy tomato cream sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 tl Bell pepper
- 1 tl cumin
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tl ground coriander
- 150 ml Light cream
- 2 el oil
- 1 onion
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 ml puréed tomatoes
- 0.5 tl Salt
- 1 el Sriracha
- 1 tl Tandoori Masala
- 1 tl Turmeric
- 600 g white beans

Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic finely

Sauté onions and garlic briefly

Adding and toasting the spices

Stirring in the liquid ingredients

Adding cream and 2 cans of white beans

Cut the paneer into pieces and add it, then let it simmer

Season to taste and let simmer
