Lentil Curry

With kidney beans and guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 tl chili powder
  • 1 tl Curry spice
  • 250 g Kidney beans
  • 1 stk onion
  • 500 ml puréed tomatoes
  • 100 g Red lentils
  • 100 g Yellow lentils

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into pieces and sauté until translucent

  2. Add lentils and sauté briefly

  3. Add crushed tomatoes

  4. Add spices

  5. Add 1 can of kidney beans

  6. Simmer until the lentils are soft enough. 15-20 minutes

  7. Serve. TIP: A dollop of guacamole goes very well with it.
