Lentil Curry
With kidney beans and guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 tl chili powder
- 1 tl Curry spice
- 250 g Kidney beans
- 1 stk onion
- 500 ml puréed tomatoes
- 100 g Red lentils
- 100 g Yellow lentils
Instructions

Chop the onion into pieces and sauté until translucent

Add lentils and sauté briefly

Add crushed tomatoes

Add spices
-
Add 1 can of kidney beans

Simmer until the lentils are soft enough. 15-20 minutes

Serve. TIP: A dollop of guacamole goes very well with it.
