Ingredients

  • 2 stk Bell pepper
  • 1 dose Chickpeas
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 el cornstarch
  • 1 stk onion
  • 1 el Red curry paste
  • 130 g Rice
  • 2 el Soy sauce
  • 400 g Tofu
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
