Banana waffles without sugar

Ingredients
- 1 stk Apple
- 0.5 tl baking powder
- 2 stk Eggs
- 75 ml Milk
- 150 g ripe banana
- 125 g spelt whole grain flour
- 40 ml sunflower oil

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until frothy

Step 1
Mash the banana with a fork and grate or chop the apple finely.

Add sunflower oil and milk to the egg yolk and mix with the fruit.

Fold the flour and baking powder together with the egg whites into the batter

Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and bake.
