Banana waffles without sugar

Simple recipe for banana waffles.

Ingredients

  • 1 stk Apple
  • 0.5 tl baking powder
  • 2 stk Eggs
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 150 g ripe banana
  • 125 g spelt whole grain flour
  • 40 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until frothy

  2. Step 1

    Mash the banana with a fork and grate or chop the apple finely.

  3. Step 2

    Add sunflower oil and milk to the egg yolk and mix with the fruit.

  4. Step 3

    Fold the flour and baking powder together with the egg whites into the batter

  5. Step 4

    Pour the batter into a preheated waffle iron and bake.
