BBQ Pea Protein Strips for Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 tl apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tl garlic powder
  • 1 el Maple syrup
  • 1 el Olivenöl
  • 1 tl Paprika powder
  • 125 g Pea Protein Schnitzel
  • 100 ml puréed tomatoes
  • 50 ml Soy Sauce
  • 1 el Tomato paste
  • 200 ml vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Soak soy schnitzels in hot vegetable broth.

  2. Step 2

    Stir together soy sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, paprika powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.

  3. Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté the soaked soy chunks.

  4. Step 4

    Add the prepared sauce to the soy schnitzels in the pan and let it simmer.
