Creamy Tomato Kidney Bean Gnocchi Pan

Ingredients
- Chili
- 100 ml Cooking cream or oat cuisine
- 100 g Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 stk Garlic
- 400 g Gnocchi
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 dose Kidney beans
- 1 stk onion
- Pepper
- salt
- 150 g Spinach
- 1 el Tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes chopped
Instructions

Step 1
Dice the onion and briefly sauté in a pan

Sauté gnocchi in the pan until they are golden brown

Add tomato paste and briefly sauté

Press garlic and briefly sauté it as well

Add diced tomatoes and cream as well as Italian herbs,

Wash kidney beans and add to the pan

Fold in the spinach until it wilts.

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy, tomatoey, and slightly sweet. Add water if too thick.

Top with feta cheese. Optionally, cover for 1 minute for extra creaminess.
